It is a great Product And Great Support
this is perfect for my balcony to watch my SUV from any one that may try to break in etc. Only need to use one camera for just needed it in one area at this time, It has excellent photo video, and can see my SUV, right now indoors for not sure if the cable wires are weather proof, all though camera is, but the cables have to be loose can not drill holes in brick walls not allowed to do that so hopefully the cable wiring will be weather proof to be out side to keep camera on my SUV there is theft in my neighborhood and need to keep eye on it through camera, This works beautifully, And In my photos shows how I have it all setup using my older smart Sony TV,

Excellent product, excellent value, EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!!
This system is definitely a good value for the money. While it was easy to set up, I had problems logging into the DVR. I went to the Zosi site and was able to chat with one of the representatives that took me step by step (very patiently I might add) through a process that would have been pretty complicated if it were not for the professional, accurate instructions that the rep provided. Customer service at its best, I highly recommend!!!!

these folks want you to be happy. I highly recommend buying from Zosi
out standing product and customer service department. these folks want you to be happy. I highly recommend buying from Zosi. you will be very happy.. people seem to get confused about theses systems and then vent and run theses folks down (Zosi) well if you don't know the first thing about a camera system then pay the price and have a pro do it, but at least research how to and look and see how its done..don't buy then complain it wasn't easy like putting a screw in a piece of wood.. if you just buy the camera then NO it doesn't have power supply. If you buy the DVR with cameras it does. customer service is great. had a camera damaged in shipping and they replaced ASAP !!!. The Kit comes with Basic cables, the cameras, power supplies, screws, DVR unit without the hard drive..( you have to order what you want..500GB or 1 or 2 TB. instructions.. pictures are clear day or night. 200ft day and all of 65ft at night. day is color picture and night is black and white.. Recommendation: buy some RG6 simees coax cable ( has video and power cables all in one and super picture) and connectors are needed if you go that route. (both power and coax ends) Bottom line is : I love this system and have a great sense of pride that I did it my self.. remember ..research... (you tube or what ever) ask people that have them.. plan the cable path (plan ahead) take your time it doesn't have to be finished in a day. But don't blame Zosi cause you didn't know how to do things..they sell the product and its great..They don't do the install for you so know what your getting into. if your a handyman and a bit of a tech guy then no problems for you.. good luck and enjoy the savings and the pride you did it your self..They want you to be happy and they stand behind there product.. I am very pleased with the warranty service they have provided me..

Great cameras, Iffy DVR, FANTASTIC customer support
Here’s the quick and dirty if you don’t want to read the wall of text that follows:Cameras: 5/5 - Look great, easy to install, good infrared, great picture. Honestly, the price of this system as a wholeDVR: 3/5 - Easy to install, had many issues, Zosi sent a replacement.App: 2/5 - Secu365 is the only app our original system could use. It’s not very intuitive, but it did what it needed to do.Zosi Customer Support: 5/5 - Incredibly helpful, would buy products from Zosi knowing that they will try and get your situation fixed if they can. If not and you’re under warranty, they’ll send you a new one. Props specifically to Moon from the support team – you were WONDERFUL to work with.Overall recommendation: 4/5 - There are better systems available, but probably not for the price.___________________________________________________I bought this system in July of 2017. It was on super sale at the time, and nothing else in Amazon's stock was quite as versatile as this system was, so we opted to buy it.The setup was very easy and rather intuitive - it's the first system I've ever set up by myself. The user interface is less intuitive than the hardware installation, but it's certainly navigable and adequate. It's a bit of a chore to set up multiple users using the virtual keyboard, but the unit comes with a USB optical mouse that needs no installation beyond plugging it in.The cameras are of excellent quality and have already withstood a Michigan winter with nothing to show, all camera functionality was flawless during the cold and wet. The infrared has quite a good range with the added bonus of showing red lights surrounding the lens when it is on - I think this is a useful deterrent showing your neighbors that there are cameras recording. One thing to note upon installation is that the cable can unfortunately be installed backwards, so make sure that you are hanging the wire the correct direction. With the cameras being as good as they are, I would have hoped the DVR would match. However, we had issues that began appearing around December. We noticed that the App (Secu365) would send back a "system offline" message when attempting to view, so I went to check the DVR. The cameras still had a live feed displaying on the monitor, but it was not recording and NOTHING could get the DVR to respond. I "fixed" this by unplugging the unit and waiting a few minutes before plugging it back in, at which point it appeared to function normally. I thought this was because our DVR had been in the cold garage, so I moved it into our basement where it would not be in freezing temperatures. This did not fix the problem, so I contacted Zosi support.Zosi told me that my system needed to update, which was true! There had been an update that went out, but I didn’t ever think to check for anything before and I think this contributed to its demise. After the update, the system functioned normally for about a month and then went right back to the freezing issues. The DVR got worse, and eventually simply plugging the unit back in would not make it turn on. I had to plug and unplug repeatedly, listening to it beep as it ALMOST turned on, but never finished. Eventually, after getting it to power on, the system would function normally for about 3-6 hours, and then it would freeze. I was in contact with Zosi trying to come up with solutions, and eventually they sent me a new unit.I installed the replacement unit yesterday at the time of this writing, and it is functioning as it should so far! This review shall remain in its current state so long as everything remains working well.

Decent for home security
This is a decent beginner DVR. Easy to set up, easy to swap and install HDDs, and the software is easy to understand.I really like the unit for the price, however, i have had numerous issues with playback errors which requires me to restart the DVR. I get errors that say something like 'you can only playback on one device at a time, even though i am the only one accessing the DVR.I also ran into an issue recently where i was required by police (due to a shooting across the street) to save a portion of the recording (one full day) and the DVR would not allow me to. I plugged in an empty flash drive with plenty of space and I even tried different reformatting to a few different formats (exfat, fat32, NTFS, anything i was able to format it to) and i was unable to. The only option was to playback the entire day on my PC and screencap it (13 whole hours i couldnt use my PC)I work in IT, im familiar with most types of technology, and i tried looking for a solution, but the DVR was not operating as it was supposed to, and for that reason i will be looking for a new DVR soon.
