Arcade Stick
A very well made arcade controller. Easy to switch between modes (Switch/PC/PS/KB) just hold down the corresponding button when turning it on, the screen will tell you what mode it is in. Has two usb-c connections and a usb passthrough. Can reprogram it, switch out the buttons, change the colours, it's very customizable. The only thing I see is that the labelling and the placement on the RB,RT,LB,LT, are reversed, as it is the right is on the left and the left is on the right, but you can change this. The buttons are very nice to use and smash, they are not clicky, but soft and tactile.

High quality but does take some getting used to for the son.
High quality but does take some getting used to for the son.Ordered this for the son as he does play with a cheaper version on his PS5.I don't have much experience myself with gaming consoles as i have never had an interest in them more a iMac person, so only going by my son's comments. This compared to the song cheap one is worlds apart on quality, this is such a quality bit of kit, the keys are super responsive and the layout is a lot more advanced that the one he has. what i did manage to find out is that this is a Haute 42, it is their cosmox range, there was a option on the website for a download update along with other support material, he has however found other web resources related to this product so has been looking at these since being given it.This is fully programmable and can even assign different colours to the keys, he does like the turbo function and the option to assign a 2 button move to just a single key.Size wise it is slightly bigger than a A4 sheet but is super thin and flat so a wide area to comfortably rest your palms while playing.from my point of view the only negative i have is with the instructions, these for a product like this or completely lacking within the kit, even the single sheet of paper looks like it was poorly photo copied. it is also to be noted that the black version of this has no button markings like the white one so you do need to remember which button is which, however i do now see you can get skins for this.In the son's opinion this is definitely well worth the current price of just shy of £66 and form my point of view would have expected this to be a whole lot more for the quality and functionality, i think he paid near £40 for his cheap one that is a ugly looking plastic one so definitely a premium product.

Solid hardware, woeful instructions
This is well made*, feels solid and while i'm not hardcore into fighting games, i do like a bit of casual button bashing! There is no driver needed within Windows, just plug & play and it acts like any other gaming controller. Once selected in the likes of MK10, Soulcalibur IV and Street Fighter 6 it was interesting to say the least. I'm not sure i'm personally a convert from an actual stick controller to pure buttons, but that's no fault of the hardware. Everything is responsive, feels good and the buttons are nicely positioned across the board. In ETS 2 i mapped a number of keys to it that are normally on my wheel and it was a nice quality of life upgrade.*The screws on the base are not countersunk into the surface and the heads protrude a reasonable amount. If you don't want scratched surfaces you have to apply the included feet. I've done that for now, but i'm tempted to mod this to eliminate the risk of something getting caught if a pad falls off.The display is very nice, although it seems to be a little bit of a novelty unless i'm missing something. The light show is really nice and not overly garish. The black surface is also really impressive, i was worried it'd be a fingerprint magnet, but it's incredibly resistant. I handled this a lot before taking the photos and i didn't have to wipe it down once, it's excellent.Where this is really disappointing is the instructions if you can call them that. It's a single mono print sheet of paper. The quality of the print is poor as is the actual content. For this price point i'd expect something that is nicely printed, in colour with decent diagrams and at the very least for it to be legible. That's not what you get and it makes this hard work to setup and use.Functional the controller itself is excellent, it takes some getting used to, but it works really well. A few things need improving before i'd recommend it though and it's genuinely a shame because the core hardware is solid.
