This is a great quality pump and filter for your pond or whatever. The fountain of water that comes out is beautiful and so soothing. This company really stands behind their products and was available immediately with questions I had. When the pump had a problem, they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked, no hassle!

This pump and filter fits my 125 gallon pond nicely. The deepest well of my pond is narrow and the shoebox shape of the unit fits perfectly. It is quiet...my 6 comet goldfish like it..seems to work well had it running for 3 full months.Clean filters more frequently in beginning when opening my pond after winter..just spray them clean weekly after the more frequent muck gets filtered out.I don't like that in order to remove filters I have to unscrew the long tube with fountain piece to get filters out though...thats a lot of threading and unthreading each clean out.But it keeps the pond going..and water is clear.

It works great! I just wish I could get some replacement filters for it.The filters seem to be sold out. It would be a lot better if the water Fountain was movable instead of setting straight up, it sets Crooked in my pond. I'm going to try and see if one of my smaller water fountains will fit it, so I can finally have it straight.

Everything worked together. Except the diverter valve. The fitting to attach the diverter valve to the pump, through the top of the filter box, is too short. The diverter & extensions are all press-fit together. The only threaded bits are those intended to attach to the pump body. With the pump installed in the bottom of the box, the filters & lid in place, the diverter will not stay on the pipe extension fitting with the pump energized & water flowing. I had to resort to gluing the diverter to the pump extension fitting. After this modification, the pump and filter kit are working as expected. Good water flow, clean discharge.

I received this pump with half of the bio balls and either the pump is too small for the container or the connectors are wrong. I had to prop the pump up so I could get the connector to connect, but the pump will still blow it off so I have to have a large rock on top of it to hold the stem in. Also, with us being done the filters do not fit properly, but I did my best to make it work.I have tried to contact the company twice and have not heard back. On the reviews, I read that it was good customer service, which is one of the reasons I purchased this product, but I have to disagree. It’s basically unusable without Mickey Mouse in it and it only last for a little bit and then I have to redo it all.

So I bought this for my 55 gallon outdoor patio pond that had a chronic algae problem. This is pretty big for that size pond, but it definitely does the job I needed it for. It has kept my pond clear and it’s easy to clean. It has plenty of power to do a much larger gallon pond. I had to turn it down to the lowest setting for this size. Easy to assemble and clean. I didn’t need toWeigh it down like the instructions said because rocks/pebbles were included. I haven’t used any of the spray heads because it would spray out of my pond. The design and quality are great!

We have had for several weeks and working fantastic. just wish you can control the light.

I bought this filter in September 2024 and it worked fine until today when the pump flow was almost non-existent after shutting down and restarting. I removed the pump, cleaned the intakes, cleaned the impeller and the impeller well and it worked fine on the first test. When I tried it in my quarantine tank, the flow was back to almost nothing. Since I have fish on the way that need to be quarantined, I have had to buy a replacement. I could not find a way to purchase just the pump.ADDENDUM The impeller assembly is in two parts: the lower magnet assembly and the upper plastic impeller. They are not supposed to be connected, and the plastic impeller should have some "play" allowing it to rotate roughly a 1/8" turn. I assume this is to facilitate a restart. Anyway, I again disassembled the pump and found the two were stuck together with no play for the impeller. I broke them apart and cleaned between them, reassembled and the pump is now functioning properly. While I am glad it is working again, this really should not happen and if it does, the manual should warn about it and provide directions for a fix. Unfortunately, my situation required me to order another filter and since it will be delivered tomorrow, I cannot cancel the order.ADDENDUM TWO: The pump again failed to restart today. I cannot accept this level of reliability where the lives of expensive fish are at stake, so I am moving on to something else. It is sad, because the overall package was good. They just skimped on the pump which is completely unacceptable.
