I bought one unit in December 2024 and since I was happy with the performance I ordered another one in April 2025. The Mix-O-Keep jar gasket cracked on the first use itself. On the second unit also the same gasket cracked on first use. The customer service helpline advised that I should buy a new Jar as they don’t have a gasket. Can you imagine discarding a car if the wiper blade is broken? Eventually, for the first unit I had to purchase the gasket from their company’s technician without a bill. Now for the second unit also I am being dogged around by the customer service team who has no solution. Good product with cheap rubber gaskets and inability to provide spares. Customer service has humans speaking to you but are no better than BOTs or trained parrots who are incapable to offer solutions to simple problems like these. Think twice before purchasing or you will be left stranded like me.

First of all food processors are a myth. Any product of this type for home purpose is a waste of investment as i learned. Better get some good chopping skills that will make life easy. Food processor is delicate and even its blades are not so good. Its hassle to maintain somany attachments and small parts and even if one breaks its will be useless. May be useful in very rare occasions of dealing with big quantities but how likely is that? I dint get proper frech fries just an example got like 60% fries with 40% wastage and a whole mess to cleanup the jars blades. But for that cleaning whole unit and dealing with wastege is a big mess. Not this but I dont recommend any food processor. Writing this after using. Tried juicer.. it makes more mess than the juice you get.

This product is absolute garbage. The blade snapped the very first time I used it, which is unacceptable. When I tried to blend dosa batter, it couldn’t even manage that simple task—the result was far from a proper paste. On top of that, the noise it makes is like drilling into a wall. This is a complete waste of money and a total scam. The brand’s reputation fooled me into buying it, but it’s not worth a penny. Avoid this product at all costs.I want the head of the brand to contact me ASAP. I bought this product in India and brought it to the UK, and now I can't even return it. I need a resolution to this issue immediately. I would also like to know the purpose of this product since it fails to perform its basic functions.
