Melatonin from other brands has never really worked for me but I came across a trial pack of the regular sleep gummies from this brand at the store so I decided to give them a shot. Although the blackberry zen flavor was really gross they worked really well so I decided to check here for a bigger pack once I ran out. I came across these and I'm so glad I did! Not only is this flavor delicious, the texture of the gummies are a lot more soft and easy to chew. I have horrid anxiety and getting to sleep can be a struggle. After about 20 mins after taking these my mind is calm and I'm able to sleep through the night. Another thing I love is I don't feel all groggy in the morning like I would when taking my prescription med. I loved these so much I have them on a subscription. I really enjoy this brand and will be looking into some other supplements from them.

Heaven sent for restless nights

These knock me out fast and keep me asleep
I’ve tried the 5mg version of these OLLY sleep gummies before, and while they helped me fall asleep, I’d always end up waking up in the middle of the night. But this 10mg one? Totally different story. I take it and I’m out in like 15 minutes, and the best part is that I actually stay asleep the whole night.It doesn’t make me feel weird or groggy the next day either, which I was kind of worried about at first. I just wake up feeling rested, not like I’ve been drugged or anything. It’s more like a gentle nudge into a really good sleep.If you’ve tried the lower dose and it didn’t do much for you, I’d definitely recommend giving this stronger one a shot. It’s been a total game changer for me. Just don’t take it unless you’re actually ready for bed, because once it kicks in, there’s no going back, you’ll be asleep before you know it.
