Ordered for husband after reverse engineering loads of supplements this one has good mix of benefits and is great valueHusband has heat issues and this one ticks the boxes / he takes every day and we were paying more for supplements that had far lessGreat value and great benefits

Seems to work.Hard to say.Whenever you buy/take this kind of supplements you are probably eating healthier and trying to exercise more so hard to say what gets the results...which are my cholesterol has slightly dropped.

I thought it was 1 capsule a day but it's 3
I bought these because I was taking 3 garlic capsules a day and 1 fish oil omega 3 during the morning/day/night so I thought get a capsule needed 1 time a day but these ain't it,still though I've been taking them a week now and they are good especially all the added stuff.
