My hair was getting thin,at my age 70,so I saw these and enjoy eating 2 a day as they are delicious!My hair grew thicker,and my nails,which used to split easily,stayed strong ,and Im clipping them regularly.I’ve not noticed much change in my skin except it feels less dry. Thank you very much.

Really good product, my hair got their volume back same as when I used to take hair burst, this is definitely cheaper version of hairburst. I can’t recommend it enough.

After 15 days of use I saw a good result in my hair loss, brittle nails and a good appearance on my skin. It tastes good. I highly recommend it!

The flavour is yummy, however I noticed very little difference to my hair and nails. After having extremely soft nails that were paper thin and split instantly, these offered little help by the end of their use. For the price I would have expected more ad they are not the cheapest supplements.
