Nausea
These Celebrate One Vitamins- iron free - made me very nauseous and I threw them up a few times. I took these 30 days after my sleeve surgery, post op. If I took them with cream of wheat, I still felt nauseous for about an hour but managed to not vomit. I will not be buying anymore.

Take before bed
Been taking these for 6 months. They will make you nauseous if you don’t eat. My Dr recommended take before bed. That seems to do the trick. Don’t notice any ill feelings that way. Don’t notice any taste at all. Size of a Tylenol .

Nauseous
I’ve took the vitamin twice and it has caused nausea for two days straight. I looked on their website and it’s specifies that you do not need to consume any fat for absorption of the pill but I think that might be the issues. I’m going to try eating first to see if it makes a difference and avoid coffee for an hour or so after taking. Hoping for better results because it’s affordable, only one pill, and I was hoping that I could still with this pill.
