Every year, I buy a moleskine notebook. Every year, I put the important information at the back of it... things like credit card number, special phone numbers, etc. I leave the front several pages blank. When I have to make phone calls, make a decision, just write down information, or anything I might need later, I date the page and start writing. It's been a big help writing out my thoughts and needs before going to see a doctor. I can now feel prepared before walking into the office. On the front several pages, I put an index for the date and what I wrote. This gives me a quick reference guide. I like it that there is the elastic to hold the book together. No more bent pages. I can also clip a pen onto it simply using the same band. This sits by my bed so it's quick and easy to use. This is the size that works for me and every year, I get a different color from the previous year. This year it was the blue color. I couldn't be happier. Great for female or male. This can help keep track of anything that you want

This book is great. I use it as my daily journal because it’s so luxurious and practical. The leather kinda scares me because I don’t want to scratch it up. The elastic band that keeps the lid shut is somewhat cheap-feeling, but sturdy overall. There’s a small foldable pocket in the back that contains a quality control sticker. The sticker serves no practical use, but they can be collected. The sticker does not adhere reliably to the book itself. I keep mine in the pocket.

Aw man, these are great little books! You can use a Moleskin book as a journal, they are perfect for business, and come in many different sizes and colors.I buy the smaller ruled books to write down short, quick ideas and notes. I buy the larger ones to write my collections of poetry and anthologies in.
