Brilliant for ironing out any knots .I use it for my neck and around the shoulder blades does the trick everytime .

Although the set contains two massage balls, a smooth one and a spiky one, it is the spiky one that I use most often. Both of the balls are made of hard plastic and don't compress when used. The spiky one is truly fantastic though and has really helped cure my plantar fasciitis within a couple of weeks of use. I keep it under my desk and regularly roll my feet over the ball. It feels great when doing this and helps to stimulate blood circulation and tissue healing. I had tried using a tennis ball but it wasn't hard enough and didn't have any spikes. This set is perfect and I highly recommend it.

Have just started using this, so cannot give a good review at present. I definitely feel a lot of the tension eases with use. So worth a try.

V helpful for bad backs

These are fantastic for helping people with muscular problems. I recently injured my back and I've been using both to help ease pain and help soften the muscle (or whatever it is). The one thing to be careful of with the spiky one is if you use it against a wall it can leave a mark (especially plastered walls) so be careful where you use it!

Used as part of my wife rehabilitation following a broken wrist. For her they are too hard and not very useful
