Excellent quality honey, I enjoyed every teaspoon full I will recommend to all honey lovers.

This is lovely honey. I would have given it a fiver star review, but the packaging was stinking of essential oil/ incense, it did slightly taint the taste of the honey but not enough to make it inedible as this is a strongly flavoured honey.I would be interested in trying some of the other honeys in the range, as long as they didn't have same problem with packaging.

Okay so for me this honey has a slightly strange flavour very powerful but once you are over that just give it a try in a cup with hot water a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of this honey. The worst cold has been going around and my 3 year old brought it home, she has been so ill, coughing, sniffling, run down, sore throat. Then my throat started to feel sore so I started the honey and lemon treatment, 3 cups a day and by golly I have not been the slightest bit ill. My husband whom decided he didn't want to start the honey treatment then got very ill and is still ill 3 weeks later with a cough, headaches, sore throat. It is usually me who gets ill with the little one, I pick up every tiny bug going but not this time. This time the honey has saved me and I have bought 3 jars already and plan to never be without one again! I really do recommend to help you fight off any colds. The consistency is not runny, more soft crystals but once it is in hot water it doesn't matter.

I previously tried the Summer one and loved it so much and was really excited to try this one! This jar arrived crystallized, which wasn't a big deal since i know honey does that sometimes. I was a little put off by the smell, i can't quite put my finger on it but it has almost like a musky cheesy hint to it. The flavors on this one is just as interesting as the Summer one however, the Summer one had a lighter, almost more floral taste to it and this one has a slightly heavier, more multi layered strong taste with a hint of cheese? I'm not sure how to describe it except that it's strong. I can't get past that taste, otherwise i would have liked it more. It's still extremely delicious but its an acquired taste and i think i prefer the summer one better.
