I bought this chair for my husband’s home office. It was very simple to assemble and I was able to follow the directions with no issues. I opted to remove the arms because they are not very comfortable and it helps the chair to slide under the desk completely when not in use. All of the features seem to function so far. It also has a nice appearance. I took off one star, because the chair is made of a lot of plastic and does not feel very sturdy. He is not very tall and weighs about 150 pounds so it is fine for him. I am satisfied with the chair for the price.

You get what you pay for....the first week the arms would never stay tight so I have to tighten them often by the second and third week I notice the seat is leaning and the chair reclines back but the back support broke. This is not a permanent chair and isn’t durable for consistent use, I’m already looking for a mite sturdy chair.

This had to be the easiest chair I have ever assembled. Instructions were good and no extra tools were required. Like the added width for my added girth. Quite comfortable.

Zero stars not one. Got this chairs a few months ago, they only lasted 2 months! The broke all apart, I got 3 chairs and the same happened to all of them. Very flimsy product, look good but don’t last

Inside of plastic hole broke and now my armchair is dangling I almost hurt my foot with it. Very cheap materials and armrests hurt after 5 minutes. Very rigid sitting position and no lumbar support

This chair lasted me all of two weeks. All it took was one good lean back and stretch and the heck of the chair snapped like a twig.

The chair is cheap, wobbly, and not sturdy. It was comfortable at first, but fell apart quickly from use 3-4 times per week. I've had the chair for 6 months, and the back just snapped in half. I do not recommend this product.

This chair lasted a few months before the plastic in the back support snapped while leaning back. We can no longer use this chair.
