Screen Ghosting
Severe screen “ghosting” when reading a book .. only had it 2 days and really unhappy with it. You can see the words from the previous pages underneath the current page being read.If no response from Boox support in 24/48 hours, I shall be returning it for a refund

Great tablet if you know how to set it up.
Ghosting does happen. Can't deny the above comment. But I would never read in dark mode. It a e ink tablet. Was never meant to be read like that also there's no need too it's not a bright led screen, you're asking for ghosting to happen otherwise. You can customise the Refresh rate in the settings and optimise screen settings depending on what you are reading.I read comics and books and scroll online articles and each app has its own settings depending on content. It took a little trial and error but I now have it right and ghosting is very minimal. The 2 buttons I have made as page turners but also long press one button is a full refresh. You can customise everything to suit your needs. Being Android I have kindle. Libby and Google books apps installed. Not being tied to any one ecosystem is great. It's fast enough for everyday reading and online browsing.Due to it being colour It doesn't feel as bright as say one of the Kindle tablets but it's bright enough for my usage. Colour accuracy is good enough but obviously nothing like an led screen. It's small and light. Battery is acceptable but again not as good as a none android tablet.Built in speaker is nothing fantastic but fine for podcasts or better yet still Bluetooth headphones on.It also has the ability for a pen but I haven't used it plan to use it so can't comment. YouTube videos suggest it's nothing amazing and there's better tablets out there if you want to use this to write. All in all this is one of the better e ink tablets out there if don't want to be locked into kindle or kobo ecosystem for books.

Back it goes
Arrived with a dead pixel straight out of the box. Abysmal quality control.
