I got this for my son who gets restless legs at night, ever since we have started using this he has not complained about his legs and woken up in the middle of the night. He asks for his leg spray every night before he goes to bed. The first time I used it on him, my hands began to itch and I thought I was having an allergic reaction, turns out there is a disclaimer on the bottle about this and my itchiness was caused by low magnesium levels. I only experienced it twice and now am getting a good supply of magnesium and am not experiencing the itching anymore.

I used this spray one time (a few pumps) on my stomach/liver area while I was doing a yeast and parasite cleanse. I broke out in the most wicked itchy red rash after I used it. I know rashes are common during a cleanse but the only place I got the rash was where I sprayed this. I don't know- maybe it was a coincidence with the cleanse or maybe this stuff is really excellent at aiding during detox and the crap was coming out of my pores but either way I threw it in the trash. I continued my cleanse and quit using this and no more rash.

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been starting to have a little leg cramping and heart racing. Recently, I read that magnesium helps with those things and a healthy labor/delivery as well. I purchased the trial size and just do 1 spray on the bottom of each foot nightly and I really like it. I did get a tiny bit of itching and feet got pretty dry, fast. So after spraying, I wait 20 minutes and do a nice layer of Honest Company’s Healing Balm and feet are back to normal. Mind you, I’m not an overly dry person to start with.This stuff definitely relaxes you (like drinking chamomile tea) so I personally wouldn’t do it any other time of day.Will most likely continue after delivery as magnesium is really tough to get in our diet and I love that it helps me drift off to sleep.BEWARE: just like anything else, you can over do it with this stuff or not need it at all. Unfortunately for me this product didn't work. I have RLS (restless legs syndrome) that spikes when I lay down for bed every night. I was hoping this may be the answer to my problems but all it did was add insane itching to my already sleepless night. The product does warn of itching but this was awful, I had to bathe to make it stop and was still stuck with my RLS.That being said, it was my own personal experience and yours may not be the same. I'm on to the next product until I hopefully find something that works

Doesn't do anything. There are plenty of other "natural" remedies available that work better than this. As a decades-long migraine sufferer, I'm willing to try anything to try to help stop or lessen my attacks. This was not very expensive so I figured it was worth a shot. Lesson learned. It didn't help, but at least it didn't hurt either. I tried to use it at the onset of an attack, but I got one anyway. I also tried to use it when I already had a migraine, but it didn't lessen in any way.

Does not work at all. I can’t even tell you how much of this stuff I sprayed on my legs and feet for over an hour. Adding multiple layers. I am still wide awake and can’t fall asleep to save my life. This product is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

My sister recommended using Magnesium oil on my back and knees. She uses it for headaches and her back. I wasn't sure, so after reading numerous reviews on different brands, I decided on this one. I received it yesterday and used on the bottom of my feet, knees and back. Within 20 minutes all the pain in my knees was gone and back pain was greatly reduced. I didn't experience any itching and dryness and I slept really well last night. Have used it today and no pain in my knees, back is better!

I was very skeptical of this. I suffer from very painful muscle cramps in my calves. There seems to be no reason for them, I can go a few years until I randomly get one but man is painful. It usually last for a few minuets but the pain is excruciating. I can sense them coming though, and I just moved into a new place and could sense one was coming. But I was hopeless to do anything, stretches dont work, drinking water doesn't help. Massages sometimes help so I looked online and found this magnesium spray, thought what the hell I will try. So I feel one coming on and spray a spray, massage it on and.. I feel fine. The feeling goes away completely. This is perfect and I am very happy with it so far!

I have suffered with RLS many years now. It hits me in the evening when I sit down to read or watch TV, typically much worse when I am tired. The other scenario is a long haul flight, which is nothing short of torture. Now all I need to do is grab the bottle and spray 2-3 times on each foot and rub the oil in and I can sit down with no agitation in my legs at all.The good thing too is after using this for 8 nights in a row its only made a small dent in the amount left, so its not like you will get through a bottle quickly and need to restock within just a few weeks!

Bought this for a friend who suffers from restless leg syndrome. She's been using it for two/three weeks and it seems to be of considerable help. She sprays it on her legs after a hot bath and the restlessness has definitely reduced.

Delivery was quick. This is another product ordered to take to my sister in the Caribbean. She finds it difficult taking capsules or tablets. The kind I'm taking is in liquid form but she was worried it could upset her stomach and prefered thismagnesium oil spray. It seems a very good product judging by the very good reviews written about it. I hope to write an update after she has been using it.

I am very pleased with this oil. Also the ebook which has lots of very useful information. This oil is kinder on my skin than other oils I have tried, so very happy about that. I use pure essential oils (I am a qualified aromatherapist) so will incorporate this magnesium oil with them also. Would highly recommend.

the last time I ordered this particular item I received what I had expected but this time when I ordered (I assumedwhat I thought was the same) I ended up receiving a very small bottle of 2 floz - I thought. it was a sample as I received it a month earlier than predicted (27th March). When it turned April I realized it was serious and this "sample" was the real thing. Considering the price I paid I will never again order something from the USA again.
