Writing this after a week of usage.I was looking for a ergonomic chair for my wfh setup. Intially I was a bit budget concerned but later decided as it was a one time purchase I decided to raise the budget.Came across many brands was searching a week almost then found MRC chairs. Initially I was a bit skeptical about to buy from the seller as I had not heard of this name. But after I placed the order customer support team called me and to my surprise they explained when we will deliver , by what mode , sent a video of how to assemble the chair etc.. So I can rate the seller on full points.Coming to chair ,it was as good as I saw in the video.Pros :1. Good seat cushion.2. Assembly time 5 minutes ( Base , hydraulic and chair itself, only three items to assemble)3. Hand rest - Height and forward-backward adjustment only. No left right adjustments and this is what I expected . Left right movement will be annoying as it can be easliy moved because there are no locks for those.4. Multi lock recline mechanism. You can lean and lock wherever you want.5. Recline tension nob control. This s really good because , once we adjust this nob adults and kids can use this function comfortably.6. Head rest is a beauty. It has a separate swivel mechanism and height adjustment mechanism separately.CONS : ZERO. ( White color is little costly than the black one)Suggestion : Watch the video available and go for a buy , you will enjoy the experience.Finally bought it for 16k.Attached my pictures below for reference. True value for money chair. Superb build quality and looks very premium.Upgraded from a green soul gaming chair after 6 years and can immediately feel the difference in comfort because of mesh over cushion.Writing this review after more than a week of regular usage.Pros:1. Amazing Auto Lumbar Support2. Very comfortable mesh to sit for long hours.3. 3 way adjustable headrest is very useful for short and tall people.Cons:1. Although the seat is movable horizontally, I still feel lack of adequate underthigh support. For reference, I'm 6 feet tall.2. The wheels are super duper smooth which results in little movements and causes lower back pain. But this can be easily tackled by using a rug on the floor.3. The minimum height could've been a little lower. A 5 ft 2 inch person has to use a foot rest to keep the feet horizontal.

Gives you lower back pain.The lower support has very strong spring, and it pushes against your lower back, giving your lower back pain everyday.When I called up the number the person said it would adjust within a week, I believed him and after a week it was still bad and the return window had expired.I started using my old chair with some support cushions for back pain.

The media could not be loaded. The product is really easy to assemble.Just put the three pieces together and it's done.Initially was hesitant about the quality of the mesh but it is really solid . Will hold well for a person who weighs around 80 - 85 kgs. It feels really sturdy and the tension can adjusted as per your choice. And the material is nylon for the mesh too. In product pictures it seems as some different material buy in reality will last longer.The chair really provides a good back support and is comfortable as advertised.Everything on the chair really feels solid.And there are no squeaking noises while sitting.The design is good and worth mentioning is that under won't burn or pain due to the sloping edge.The fit and finish on the chair is good too. The gas strut and the wheel assembly are in chrome finish ..... they really look good with the white and Grey color option.Thumbs Up to the seller who was responding from day one of queries while closing on the product.
