I bought this for relaxation, but when I opened it the paint was dried out.

I was expecting there to be paint in the little ...
I was expecting there to be paint in the little tubs. Quite a few were 1/4 full and just by looking at the print I know darn well that I won't be able to finish it without mixing my own from other sources. Disappointing.
