Handy little gadget
This was a very good investment. It is sturdy enough to actually hold my son when he’s pulling himself up. So the quality that they built into it is lasting and holding up to his performance. I am glad that I had brought it for my son. I have told others who need or asked about does it work ? Yes, and it was easy to assemble in the height of it is just perfect.

Tips easily
I really like the bed step. It is really helping my wife get into bed after her surgeries. I wish it was wider so it is more stable and doesn’t tip so easily. But overall good product.

4 square headed screws bad shipment.
Instructions say 2 square headed screws fit into the 2 square headed slots. I was shipped 4 identical square headed screws & no round headed screws as I should have received as indicated. I can’t make a square fit into a circle.

At 80 years old, this is perfect
I have another folding, 2 step ladder that is used a lot. The first and second steps are high, compared to this new ladder/step stool. That makes having good balance sketchy at best. This new step stool has lower steps which are much easier to navigate, plus the handle is right on. For general use it's very handy. But don't throw away the other ladder because you might not be able to reach the top of kitchen cabinets.
