The media could not be loaded. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and love it. It’s just one small capsule, super easy on my stomach, and I don’t have to worry about food timing. I really appreciate that it’s animal-based heme iron, so it actually absorbs better. No weird fillers, no taste — and it comes in a nice amber glass bottle. Definitely feels clean and high-quality.

I have been iron deficient since childhood. It got better eventually, but with each pregnancy I got depleted a little more. They told me at the hospital that my iron level is at the verge of being too low, but is still within acceptable levels, so I didn’t take it seriously and did not take iron supplements because I was already constipated with pregnancy. I didn’t want to make it worse. Long story short, I started noticing shite spots and indents on my and my kids nails. I got a TERRIBLE “pregnancy brain” as they call it. 3 kids later and 2 years after my last delivery I was still lacking energy, constantly drowsy, difficulty with focus, spaced out. Tried taking zinc, but did not notice much of a difference. Then I tried this iron.OH MY GOODNESS! It was God-sent! It did not make me constipate in the least bit. I suddenly had so much more energy. I am a lot less drowsy, even with the little sleep that I get with the kids. I was able to focus better, to get a lot more stuff done in a day. And I only take 1 a day. AND I take it in the evening! Even though it says on the bottle to take them in the morning. I do it all wrong and still see tremendous results! I even started giving it to my 9 and my 6 years old. I give each 1 capsule. The capsules are very small and easy even for the kids to swallow. And the dose in 1 capsule is only 60% DV for adult so it was safe to take for my kids. Besides, I don’t give it to them every day. I skip some days.Product arrived in good condition and within timely manner.Price is a little high, I admit. Wish it was more affordable.Thank you soooo much for making this amazing quality product! I was using heme iron from the more popular brand for a long time, but it is significantly more expensive. I was so relieved to find that Promix is selling it with a similar dose and same quantity for maybe $20 less? At least at the time of purchase.Now I can't say with certainty it was the brand switch that did it (maybe I was unknowingly eating more iron in my diet; I'm not consistent with my diet enough to know for sure) but my iron levels have gone up after the switch. I do believe I read that Promix tests their products in some capacity (not sure if 3rd party or not, I checked a while ago), but the info is available on their website I believe. Overall I am very happy with this supplement.

Will not know if increased iron levels till next blood test so can't say how effective. I have yet to have an iron supplement work hopeful on this one. Take first thing in the morning with a big glass of water. Bathroom movements normal no constipation of course I eat a bread that is a great source of fiber. Doesn't bother my stomach at all, do like that it is a lower amount of iron and I do take 5 times a week. If my iron levels go up I will buy again , if not then I will try another brand. Price is great though for 90 days!

Was tired all the time . low on Iron .This is the REAL DEAL.Quality / genuine / pureWorked fast ...but only need two every three months .fatigue is much lower . Im a SENIOR .... THANK YOU !!!

I love this iron! Small pills and you can take anytime with or without food. A life saver. You dont even taste them when you burp. Lol. I tried other brands heme iron but they were awful I am soo happy I found these. Thank you Promix!

It seems the perfect Iron. I take it in the morning with Vitamin C
