Good quality USB C Hub
I've been using this usb-c hub to add more ports to a 2021 macbook pro that only has 3 ports built in. Fast data transfer rate when using external SSD's. No noticable slow down vs plugging in directly. Have also used to connect several RODE USB microphones and all pick up individually in the RODE software so the hub is handling multiple of the same devices plugged in well which has been an issue I've had with some other hubs. Very lightweight device, feels a little flimsy but doesn't seem poorly made and nice that it doesn't add unnecessary wight when carrying it around.

Very poor manufacturing quality
Purchased in the UK in December 2024 ( I mention this because manufacturing quality many vary depending on where you bought it). The product I received features an extremely flimsy design. It is so lightweight that it’s almost impractical for use with cables, as it lacks the necessary weight to stay in place. The only way to make it functional is by placing a weighted object on top to keep it stable on the desk.At £17, it’s far from worth the price, its made of not very much. Having encountered similar issues with UGreen products before, I can’t help but question whether their reputation is built on genuine customer experiences or artificially inflated reviews - quality control seems to be virtually nonexistent.

More delicious ports
Exactly what i needed to expand the usbc slots from the single one in the back of my PC. Cable could be longer but i also got a Ugreen usbc extension to go with it.

Plug and play. Very reliable
This works out of the box. I've had 2 hard drives and 2 remote screens connected with no issues.Great product

Does the job
Bought as a replacement to one which failed in a few weeks. Have always found UGREEN stuff reliable and so far this is living up to that reputation. Only 2 x USB A's and 2 x USB C ports so not as much in the way of connectivity options as some but certainly doing everything I ask of it
