Other than the strong smell of this product it definitely adds moisture to my dry brittle strands. I can't vouch for the hard water buildup removal just because I really see no difference yet. But I figure that could take time. I've used hard water for 5 years with no filter so it has its work cut out for a bit. But after just my first use my hair was softer to the touch, shinier, and the texture is a thick creamy lotion type feel, which isn't what my hair should have, yet it still works well to make my hair feel pretty dang healthy.

I got this today and washed my hair it feels so much lighter and took the greasy, dullness away. I have hard water and haven’t used a clarifying shampoo in a couple years and it feels & looks so much better! I like the mild scent and am excited to see how many days I can go till the next wash.

My daughter uses so much product in her hair for dance competitions and this brought her hair back to fresh and healthy looking!!

Love this product. Smells great. Leaves my hair very clean and soft. Price could be a little lower. Had a problem with yellowing/greenish hair. Tried several products with no luck. This shampoo/conditioner cleared it up.

Seems to be fine. Wishing they had a different scent though.

I love this conditioner. I wanted to try this because I deal with having hard water. I have a water softener but I still get calcium and lime build up. I saw this and wondered if it’d make a difference or if it was more of trendy “gimmick”. I was pleasantly surprised. I used probably half as much conditioner as I did with EverPure’s Bond Repair Conditioner. I probably used about 2 to 3 quarters amount in my hand to condition my hair. I was able to detangle my hair really well in the shower. It left my hair very soft, with no weigh down and a TON of shine. It seemed to bring out more of the multi-dimensional color of my hair as well. It smells really good. The smell faded by the time my hair was dry which didn’t bother me. I wouldn’t have minded if it still smelled like the conditioner longer either.FYI : I’ve got long hair that goes to my low back. I have 1A hair that’s more of a fine to medium thickness.

I have very hard water and get a lot of mineral buildup on my hair causing it to feel rough and look frizzy. Using this Loreal Ever Pure Shampoo and Conditioner weekly have greatly improved the look and feel of my hair. My hair dresser recommends this product to all her clients. I will continue to purchase.
