Quality piece of luggage
This luggage is very sturdy and well made. It’s one of the best pieces of luggage that I’ve bought. I took this on a 13 day trip to Europe and it fit all my clothes without expanding the case. It’s surprising how much room it has. It rolls easily and the handle is comfortable. I have another carryon Tumi bag but it only had two wheels and this one has four. This makes it very easy to roll. The zipper is very strong. I was very pleased with this one having four wheels and it rolls so easily. Tumi bags are pricey but I’ve found that it’s completely worth it because it will last a lifetime. The luggage fits all carryon requirements if you don’t expand it. It’s you expand it you’ll have to check the bag. It comes in black which is a standard color but in order to distinguish it from other black bags I suggest you put a luggage Pom Pom on it. I put a multi colored one and that made it easy to identify once it came down the conveyor belt. I took this bag to 5 different countries and it got tossed around on tour buses and airlines and it still looks brand new. Dirt comes off easily. It’s a quality piece of luggage.

It’s expensive, but worth it
I read the reviews on a lot of other wheeled suitcases before I decided that it was just too risky to get any of those. Way too many stories about broken wheels, split zippers, etc. This is the only bag which had consistently great reviews, and I had a Tumi for 20 years in the past so I decided to pay for the by far most expensive option. I knew if it lasted as well as previously, obviously it would cost less in the long run. I am so happy with this bag. It has worked beautifully for my first couple of trips and I do not anticipate having any problems in the future either.

Happy with it after my first trip
I really like this carry on. I didn't need the one with the lock since I plan to use it primarily as a carry on. It rolls easily and completes the look with my tumi brief backpack.

Nicest bag I've ever owned. But not suitable for Icelandair!
On the one hand, this is the nicest bag I have ever owned. And I have owned a LOT of bags - as a consultant I traveled hundreds of thousands of miles, and I travel internationally on a regular basis. The first thing that struck me about this suitcase is how maneuverable it is. My shoulders are not as flexible as they once were, and this one is kind and gentle to the joints. It glides like a dream. It is also beautiful and of incredibly durable materials - I am 100% impressed. It is definitely worthy of five stars. My one disappointment - and I wish I had checked this prior to ordering - is that it is too "fat" for Icelandair, which is one of the airlines I fly most frequently. British Airways tends to be the WORST with the gate police, and this bag does indeed meet the BA requirements - just barely. Unfortunately Icelandair's measurements for a carryon are 21.6x15.7x7.8 inches - and this bag is 1.2 inches too deep. I'm going to take it by our local airport anyway and try it in the sizer. The Icelandair staff are usually much friendlier than British Airways at least. If you plan to carry this on, definitely do NOT expand it - the gate police will get you! I wish luggage manufacturers would show pictures of their bags inside the sizers of the different airlines so we didn't have to drive to the airport and do it ourselves (I'll post a pic once I get to the airport). Please note, if you're a carryon only person, as I am, that this bag is quite heavy at 8.7 pounds. My bag before this only weighed four pounds - a 4.7 pound difference is a lot when you're hoisting it multiple times. It also eats into your weight allowance for the airline. Having said that, I think it will be worth it for the durability of this bag. The one I have that is lighter is a maneuverability nightmare.Would I order this again? Absolutely. Is it worth the cost? Yes. It does not save you money to buy a cheap suitcase (unless you only travel once!) If you're going to go on four or more trips per year, a suitcase of this quality is a good investment. Would I travel with it as my carryon on Icelandair? Maybe not. But for all other airlines - absolutely.

This was great for carry on. It fit perfect in the overhead. It manuevers well. Not to heavy
