No stripping, can tighten down without breakage
Great deal, yes, they are just screws but not all are created equal. I have half of one stuck in the wall - another brand - due to inferior material. You can tighten these down without breaking the screw or stripping the head. Excellent product for those small repair jobs!

Great stainless steel wood screws.
Screws are stainless steel with an oiled bronze (black) finish. They are sturdy and are working well. They were used to secure a exterior door strikeplate.

I liked the screws. They are generally used in a woodworking shop and penetrate wood easily and make tight joints.

Good threads, Small head, Too expensive
For some reason I thought I was getting 100. Only 25 per pack. Very expensive for so few. Head is slightly smaller than typical #8 screws. I going to send these back.
