These are great for extra security and peace of mind, they have a good amount of protection and are comfortable and made with thick material, even with the loud-ish waterproof layer - however these are not reliable in place of pads/tampons etc as I have leaked through. Even in the waterproof area, the blood soaked through and any longer it would’ve gone on my sheets even than the leakage up top where the protection stopped. The protective area doesn’t go far up the front enough, but for others it might - bare in mind if you find that your period blood goes to the front of your pads, these may not be best for you. Great for extra security, not good form heavy days as a replacement for other products.

They are comfy and make you feel more secure during your period. The only thing i noticed that was a bit disappointing was where the stitching is, the blood can leak through there. Other wise it held any leaks outside the sanitary pad away from bed sheets, which is what i bought these pants for. Id been using disposables for night time during periods, but this is more cost effective and it did prove helpful.

I got these just in case of a leak with my moon cup.I read the reviews before buying and saw that loads of people have said they are noisy!The ones I receive however are definitely not! Maybe they have changed the material BUT these we’re definitely worth the purchase. I am so happy with them! These are perfect for them days you need the extra support or for nighttime! I am size 10-12 women’s and the M fits me perfectly. Very impressed with these 10/10

lifesavers these are amazingly easy to use and easy to clean, my periods are heavy and I have not had any leaking though when I have gone out for 3/4 hours with just these on. i have put them on overnight, and they have been amazing too no marks on my bed; this is what we all want.would recommendplease note they feel little bulky after you have washed them

Bought these the other day because that time of the month was looming on me again and figured I’d get something just in case my pad leaks. So far these are incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. I got a large and they fitted perfectly so if you’re looking for comfort I’d say size up

Great fit, discreet and really comfortable to wear. I have used them on their own at night and on lighter days and as extra protection on heavier days. Would highly recommend.
