A fragrance that is both potent and sophisticated.
Upon first receiving the Plant Guru Eat It Raw Fragrance Oil, the packaging strikes as straightforward and functional, with a purple hue that implies a certain natural elegance. The choice of color suggests a premium positioning, yet the plastic bottle feels more pragmatic than luxurious, leaning towards a utilitarian design rather than an opulent one.The oil's main features, like being phthalate and alcohol-free, are significant for consumers mindful of chemicals in skincare and home fragrance products. The versatility for use in various DIY projects, from soaps to candles, indicates a well-thought-out product designed for creative use. Notably, its compatibility with different types of diffusers makes it user-friendly.Performance-wise, the scent delivers as promised—a blend of sweet fruitiness with a grounding sandalwood base. It's rich without being overpowering, and the scent throw is impressive when used in a diffuser, permeating the room effectively.Compared to other fragrance oils, Plant Guru's product stands out for its chemical-free promise and the breadth of applications it caters to. Its aroma is distinctive and long-lasting, which may justify the cost for those who prioritize quality and safety over price. In terms of value, the product seems to sit at a reasonable price point, given its multifaceted usability and the volume provided. For the DIY enthusiast or someone invested in natural and safe home fragrances, this could present good value. The positives are clear: the scent is delightful and robust, the oil is versatile, and the safety aspects are commendable. However, the branding could be more polished to reflect the premium quality it suggests, and some may find the initial cost a consideration. In summary, the Plant Guru Eat It Raw Fragrance Oil is a solid choice for those looking for a natural, versatile scent for their home or projects. Ideal for the environmentally conscious consumer, or those with sensitivities to certain chemicals, it’s a product I would recommend. It’s particularly suited to those who enjoy crafting their own scented products and appreciate a fragrance that is both potent and sophisticated.

Honestly can’t figure out if I like this scent or not!
As for the quality, it’s amazing. Super strong concentration that goes a LONG way. The rest is personal preference. Initially I did not like this fragrance. (Always happy to try them because some of my favorite scents ever are from this brand!)But I filled a jar with some reeds and placed it downstairs to give it a chance. Most fragrances smell much better through a reed, and this one definitely smelled better when I walked into the room verses when I smelled it from the bottle. It grew on me enough to let it stay there. Still not my favorite, but this brand is a favorite for sure. They have so many scents, I don’t expect to love them all.

No soap but soap
I have no idea what this smell is. It's fruit. It's floral. It's slightly woody. At first I liked the smell. It was strong but not over powering. I put some in my cold air humidifier. It created a foam. I watched it closely to make sure it didn't do anything strange. The fragrance didn't last more than a couple hours. By the end it was mostly a soapy smell. I had to clean out the humidifier and threw out the oil. There's no list of ingredients to know what you're smelling and releasing in your home.

Smells AMAZING
Smells sooo good. Used them to make some candles and some diluted in water for my essential diffuser and the entire house smelled great.

Very Sweet Floral Type Fragrance
This large 8 fl. ounce plastic bottle contains “100% pure undiluted fragrance oil”. I would describe the fragrance as a sweet floral/fruity scent. I use essential oils in my diffuser, and in my homemade soap and candles. I am using it in my diffuser right now (about 10 drops to ½ cup of water - but you need to use your own eye dropper as the bottle has none), and it is filling the room with the scent – so I feel it is a quite concentrated product. The fragrance is perfect for those who like sweet floral aromas; but personally I prefer to use more earthy smelling oils in my diffuser. This essential oil however, will be perfect for use in homemade soaps and candles. [Side notes: Do not eat this! Please change the name “Eat It Raw” before some consumer actually does eat it; or at a bare minimum, list the ingredients so they are aware that it is – or isn't - meant for human consumption.] Overall, I am pleased with the product for use in soaps and candles.

Plant Guru 8 ounce scented oil
This scent, "Eat it raw", I know it sounds weird but it smells amazing. It's very mild, not a full fragrance or essential oil, so you'll use more in diffusers than those oils, but the scent is fantastic. It's also skin safe so you can use it in homemade soaps or candles. Did I say it smells amazing? The color doesn't stain, but I can imagine using this in homemade soaps may change the color since this is tinted bluish. This is a great scent that lasts a long time in a diffuser, and would be awesome in a homemade soap.

Eat It Raw Fragrance Oil
This review is for "Plant Guru Eat It Raw Fragrance Oil 8 fl. oz. - Aromatherapy, Scented Oil for DIY Soap, Candles, Bath Bombs, Reed Diffusers"I'm not a fan of the name but this smells incredible. I like to use it in odor eliminating sprays I use around the house. Some of them smell medicinal and this overpowers the scent and makes it smell amazing. I also like to use it to add fragrance to melt and pour soap. I have used several different fragrances from this brand and I have never had a skin irritation or asthma attack from them. I'm pretty pleased with this product, except the name.

Soapy smell
I was tasked to create body scrubs for a conference. I ordered this scent, used it and was not impressed. It smelled very "soapy."The members of the conference liked it.
