Love it! Beautiful!
This is a great chair. It looks really classy and the red is stunning. The color isn’t too bright but a really pleasant shade of red. The chair works well and is comfortable. I like to sit in a seat beside it so I can admire the pretty red chair!

For the price, not bad!
I purchased this mainly for it being so useful as both a chair and a bed. It has served its purpose many times, and I have been able to fall asleep in it more often than I would have liked! :) One thing I will say is that you need to be very careful to follow the instructions carefully as I found myself having to take the chair apart halfway through the install for using the incorrect hardware, I know this is my fault, but just figured I would let everyone else know, to avoid my mistake. The chair is quite comfortable with the leg support out, but it can be even better with a blanket laying down. This makes it much more comfortable on your legs, as it is quite easy to feel the ridge where the leg support connects to the chair. After a couple hours, it does get uncomfortable. Once I added the blanket however, I am good to go!

Nice chair but difficult assembly
The chair arrived on time & in perfect condition. The materials were nice and at first seemed like straight forward assembly. Only about 10 total pieces (not counting screws/bolts/washers).Problems started once the hardware was unpackaged. Only 1/2 of the packages of bolts/screws/washers were labeled. Once the hardware was sorted out & confirmed, on to the instructions. The instructions were not clear, with very little actual guidance. There are multiple rollers needed & for the assembly to function properly, the rollers need to be aligned correctly. The instructions give little help, saying only "the half circle points left". Left? What left? Which roller? There are two different models of rollers, 2 for each model. They were not marked so the guess work started. After disassembling it multiple times because it didn't look right, just proceeded and hoped for the best.Upon completion of the chair, when adding the pullout section to it to complete the functionality of the chair, of course the rollers were on wrong and again need to be disassembled.NOTE: The chair comes with 2 flimsy tools for assembly. Do yourself a favor & find a screw gun with an allen wrench bit to use. Using the supplied allen wrench will add at least an hour to the assembly. All said and done, its a nice chair, not the most comfortable but its ok. Kind of like the feel of the similar pull out bed chair some hospital rooms have. It seems good for its purpose. Would give 4 stars for the product if not for the poor assembly instructions. If given the proper directions, assembly would be <30 minutes. With the ones provided, expect to spend ~2 hours putting it together.

Very uncomfortable not worth price
Very disappointed. This product is not a 300$ chair. Feels like it won't last long. Rickity and hard to sit in comfortably. A piece of furniture at this price point should not require 5 different pillows to help with comfort.Difficult to get up and down. Bottom portion difficult to maneuver and adjust. Back rest is difficult to change positions. Requires you to get up and force the mechanism to engage and change position. My back and entire body hurt after trying to sit and lay on it for an hour. I was so hopeful but extremely frustrated that I wasted the money. To hard to return. So keeping and will move to my office. After this I decided a couch is must as I have done extensive research on these types of chairs and none of them seem worth the money or risk of ordering not knowing what will arrive Having to spend less on couch since I wasted money on this.

This is an awesome chair / lounge / bed
This is a great hair / lounge / bed. I have a small space and needed something that I can sit on and if I have a guest, a spare bed. It was moderately easy to assemble, though I had my doubts at first. No words, but pictures. Lots of parts, but I followed the pictures and a chair with moving parts appeared! Seriously, it wasn't too hard to put together. The pillows that came with it are nice. It looks to be very durable fabric. Love the colors. I'm going to get another one.

Good chair for the price, not so great sleeper
The chair is great for sitting. It's firm and feels like it will last, only time will tell. I wish the part that slides out to make this a "bed" was attached to the rest of the chair. On more than 1 occasion that lower part separated from the chair and I fell to the ground, slowly but still uncomfortable. If there was a way to lock the extending piece to the inside of the chair this would be an easy 5 star review. They'd just need to add some railing like a drawer has to prevent it from coming apart unless intended. If you'll be using this mostly as a chair then its a good buy.

Sorry, chair to chaise disconnects.
It took my husband two hours to put together, and that was following the video. However, the bottom pull out chaise piece keeps disconnecting from the chair, and we have taken it apart two times to make sure that it was put together properly. There should be some sort of mechanism to keep That pull out in place completely. It’s a little disconcerting that every time I pull it out, it must be done slowly or I have to pop the wheels back into the track; disappointed in design. The firmness is the redeeming factor, which is good for my back; converting it to a bed however is not an easy process. This shouldn’t be when companies today make easy “drop in slot” connective furniture. I know for next time.
