bought this battery after contacting motorola, my original batter in the device died after a week of use, motorola wanted me to send the video monitor, camera and charges to them at my expense when i clearly stated the battry is dead. buying this was maybe a bit more expensive than posting the item but it meant i did not have to send it off and be without monitor for 4 weeks. Motorola after sales is horrendous. Battery works well, holds chage and is better than the original one

I had lost the cable for my camera and my PC would not take the xd card, as my camera is rather old I did not think I would be able to get a cable this cable is ideal I now have photos on my PC which I thought I would have to lose really pleased with it.

Product arrived in an easy to open plastic packaging.Was exactly the same as the one that came originally with the battery monitor.Easy to fit, just unplugged old and plugged in new. (you will need a small Phillips cross head screwdriver to open the battery cover initially)Turned the monitor on and battery was 3/4 charged. Used for an hour or so and hadn't moved, so much better than the original that only lasted around 15 minutes before flashing up with "low battery".Highly recommended and will update in the future if I have any issues.
