It’s our family’s favorite Vitamin D! The kids love the taste and it’s a huge plus the ingredients don’t include any artificial sweeteners. The texture is chewy enough my kids can chew without difficulty. It’s now a staple in our home.

I am not vegan but these vitamin d gummies are. That is super important to me because most vitamin d even from expensive places have lanolin in them and I am allergic to wool. I call them my breakfast dessert.

These are gummies, tastes great, best way to get vitamins if you hate swallowing pills like I do.

I have kids who struggle with vitamins so we’re looking for gummies, which they have no problem taking. My kiddos say the lemon, strawberry, and orange gummies are very tasty. And I’m happy they’re sourced from citrus, lichens, black carrots, coconut oil, all of which are vegan, gluten-free and pectin-based.Vitamin D3 is essential for growing bones and so many other benefits. I didn’t realize the full extent so I did a little research and found the following: It can fight inflammation, strengthen oral health, reduce risk of fractures, supports proper lung function, support a healthy nervous system, encourage healthy hair growth, improve cognitive function and prevent dementia, strengthens bones, strengthens the immune system, prevent certain types of cancer, improve brain function, boosts your mood, aid in weight loss, lower the risk of rheumatoid arthritis, lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes, help lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease.So obviously these gummies have the right product and benefits, but what about the right dosage? The Recommended dose for kids is 10-25mcg. I’ve read that you can overdose on D3 so best to not go over. Comparing this to The serving size of this product, one gummy is 25mcg so that’s right at the maximum recommendation. In my experience gummy vitamins are short on ingredients compared to capsules, so I appreciate that these have the full amount. That said, for younger kids I’d say 25mcg is a bit too high so be cautious about who you give this to.As for value, it’s currently priced at $29 per bottle. Considering one gummy is good enough then a bottle should last two months. For me personally I rotate this with other vitamins so 60 gummy supply stretches even further. In my opinion, I’d like to see the price go down a little otherwise it’s nearly fair considering the quality of the gummy, taste, dose, and ingredients.Finally I should point out that the bottle I received expires in under 11 months from date of receipt, so just be aware of how much time you have to finish the bottle.
