These magnesium flakes with orange, cedarwood and lavender are the BEST. I have taken magnesium supplements for stress, anxiety and RLS. Nothing has helped as much as a good, long soak in 6-8 tablespoonfuls of these crystals. I don’t even like baths, yet I emerged like a new woman. My skin was so soft, I felt fantastic, and had a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend all of Sven Minerals products. I suffer from restless leg syndrome and neuropathy. I add the flakes to my bath water and soak for 20 - 30 minutes. My legs feel so relaxed afterwards. It also helps me sleep better. I love the bath flakes so much I signed up for monthly subscribe and save. I’ve tried many different types of bath salts and this one is the best!

I really like this product. The fragrance is quite nice and my wife and I both like soaking our feet in this product. I suffer from restless legs, but I move in my sleep so it's difficult for me to judge, but my wife says I'm moving less at night so that's Good! I would recommend that you give this a try even if you don't have restless legs syndrome!

Effective but the scent is pretty off-putting. Not my favorite soak.

Hard to find scented magnesium chloride bath flakes. These are awesome, and worth the price tag. Could be 'psychosomatic' but I really think they they calm my aches more than the average salt.

I ordered 3 varieties of the magnesium flakes. I have only used the Sleep flakes so far and absolutely love the product. It works! I will have my husband use the Restless Legs product soon, as he is the one who struggles with this.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto in quanto disperata perche' non riuscivo ad addormentarmi a cusa del nervoso alle gambe (presumo a causa di farmaci che ora sto assumendo). Ho deiciso di provare con questo pediluvio dal momento che e' piu' innocuo che non una crema. Oltre ad avere un profumo molto delicato e piacevole, che dire ....... coincidenza o efficienza del prodotto? Fatto sta che dopo il pediluvio (e mi sono ripetutamente bagnata anche le intere gambe e ho lasciato che si ascigassero all'aria) non ho avuto alcun nervoso alle gambe e mi sono addormentata senza problemi.Questa e' stata la mia esperienza. Unica piccola pecca e' che nella confezione mancavano le istruzioni in italiano, ci sono solo in inglese sul retro della confezione. Io non ho problem con l'inglese, ma chi non conosce questa lingua magari si trova un po' spaesato per capire dosaggio e tempi di immersione. Per il resto prodotto raccomandato.
