Highly recommend!! If you child is not a good eater. These are great. My child’s pediatrician recommended these. She wrote it down and asked me to get them due to my child’s (age 12) slightly low iron level.Once her iron level was up, the pediatrician said to continue taking as long as she continues to be a picky eater.

My eight-year-old was diagnosed with anemia, so we started to look for a decent iron supplement. We went through a few other brands that left a disgusting taste in her mouth, sort of like pennies. This brand came as a recommendation from someone else and I have to say you don’t get a metallic taste at all!! She willingly takes these pills every night because they taste good.

This iron works! Great for kids and adults who don’t want a high dose. Brought my 5 year old daughter’s ferritin to 28 when it was a 4. And her saturation went from 10% to 29%. Her total iron went from 37 to 103 within a year and only taking one tablet every day. Buy it and be consistent!
