This is an amazing tea infuser. I used to have one of the balls. It was easy to overfill and didn't allow water to flow around the tea properly. This is genius. It allows the tea to float freely throughout the mug/cup, but pulls it out perfectly when it is fully steeped. The extra piece sits on top and keeps the volatile oils in the tea from escaping, but then acts as stand for the strainer when you are done so the water doesn't leak all over things. Perfect!

I like to make my own Thai tea at home ( without the food coloring) ... This larger size works out great for making a 32 oz pitcher.Quality item, nice heavy fitted lid all of stainless steel... The scooper with the bag clip was a nice bonus and I use that for my bulk tea.

I use the infuser and spoon everyday and absolutely love it. Good quality, and works great. I use loose leaf green tea, and never have leaf particles floating in my tea. Definitely recommend.

These are great. They fit perfectly into most ceramic beer steins, perfect for brewing several medicinal teas at the same time. The lids then keep the steam from escaping, which is important for potency.
