Q: What's the consistency? How sticky? The one i have right now is very sticky and runny, looking for something less sticky and easier to shape.

It's the perfect consistency you could possibly imagine and it's really good umm yes your tools could get sticky but I didn't experience any stickiness on my fingers and as well as I literally wore them without a top coat and it wasn't sticky at all after drying.

Q: Do you have to purchase a new kit if you run out of base and top coat? Or even other poly gel colors? I can’t find those items separately.

If you use them correctly no they are a more solid than sheer except the white
