Perfect
I was in an unfortunate experience where I fell into lake michigan last november. I was stuck there for about 20 minutes before I got rescued. My phone died from water damage and so did my jabra case. (somehow the earbuds themselves survived.) I could charge the earbuds through the old case, but the case itself wouldnt hold a charge so i would run out of power in my earbuds daily and have to charge them everynight. This new case solved that issue. I cannot get any software updates, but that is okay. They work good as new now.

Didn't last at all
Within about 6 weeks, this case fell apart. First, the small piece of metal that allows the lid to close magnetically fell out. Then, a couple weeks later the metal rod that holds the back hinge snapped and released the lid entirely. The magnets that hold the earbuds aren't very strong and you have to kind of force the earbuds to seat properly so they can charge.

It works, but lower quality than original.
The original one is built much better. I have already had a magnet fall out of this case with no idea where it came from. Everything about it less durable than the original. It does work just fine as a charging case.

Great Replacement Jabra Active Case
This case is just what you need, seriously. My Jabra case stopped charging and basically had no power. It was a chunk of plastic at that point. Jabra warranty fulfilled a new case to be sent to me, but it took almost 2 weeks for the warranty process to take place(sad face). In that time I bought this case and now my Jabras work again. After receiving a whole new earbud set from Jabra instead of just the case (happy face, and WoW!), I now have two working sets of Jabra earbuds. Love this case. Got me out of a jam, and has extended the life of my earbuds.

Charges fine, Hinge is Garbage
The case seems to charge fine however the hinge mechanism is incredibly low quality. The hinge is held in by two free floating metal pins one of which isn’t retained in any way which results in it falling out easily.This happened to me and I had to replace it with a piece of paper clip that I snipped with wire cutters and then bent slightly so it wouldn’t fall out. Very unneeded cost cutting.Unfortunately this seems to be the only option for a replacement case as no seller either online or in store seems to be selling the original manufacturer case.

It does the job
Admittedly, it's nowhere as good as the original jabra case (which I could no longer find on it's site). It's not very sturdy, the magnet which holds the lid shut became dislodged on the first day (full disclosure, because it fell off the table). If you can get the official case for this model somehow I would suggest doing so, but if not then this is an alternative if like myself you still need to recharge your earbuds. This product does recharge the buds (75t Elite Active) just fine, no issues there. But definitely handle with care because it is as it feels, fragile (also case not compatible with sound app).

A very compatible replacement.
I was so upset when I lost my original case. Luckily I found this replacement case which is every bit as reliable as the original.
