Doctor Foster: Season Two

I ordered both Season 1 and Season 2 of Dr. Foster. Season 1 played great and I was really enjoying the show. When I put on Season 2, however, I found myself looking at Season 1 again! Yes, even though the plastic package AND the discs within all said Season 2, all the episodes were from Season1. Of course Amazon sent me a replacement. In my experience, Amazon has always been good about this. BUT, the second Season 2 that I was sent, identical in appearance and description, also had the first 3 episodes from Season 1! However, the last 2 episodes were from Season 2. So, whoever put the product together messed up Season 2 in 2 different ways! It is a great show so far. Hope I get to see the whole thing.

No idea what the UK version of our AMA is, but if they don't keep Tom in anonymity and spare us the epitome of nauseating and endless drivel, then shame on them. This season rivaled Ivory Snow for soap. The concept of character development in any way positive has gone unaddressed for two seasons now. Both Doctor and her husband/ex-husband exhibit every symptom of being bi-polar, you would think that at least she could treat herself. Stay away, "Tom," spare yourself, and us. Suranne Jones deserves better writing.

Doctor Foster Season 2 is a continuation of the story of Season 1. If you don't see the first part, you will not understand the complete story. I will not give away any of the plot line, but I enjoyed the entire series... there are lessons to be learned here for those who insist on taking revenge when they have been betrayed... some things (and people) are just better if you turn your back on them and walk away. Great morality tale! Enjoy!

Still the same brilliant acting as there was in season one. The script, however, at times seemed a little too contrived. But, even with that, it's better than most television drama.

Great first season. Second season is good but first is better. Absolutely love Suranne Jones.

excellent service and product

This was an exciting and suspenseful drama that we really enjoyed. The acting is very good and the story compelling. Without giving too much away, I felt bad for the child involved.

Great show, a bit far fetched in some situations, but very realistic things happen. Enjoyed immensely
