Q: Can someone please describe the scent for me?

To me it has Sweet smelling scent (ripen pears) but not overpowering if that helps

Q: Can this product be used as a leave-in conditioner?

I have been it as a leave in conditioner for a few years now. It keeps my hair from drying out. I dampen hair with aloe Vera juice then follow with the conditioner. Great results!
