I am very satisfied with my air conditioner. I have a 3 piece apartment and it is able to keep the whole place cool. It is very quiet as well. I love that many extras are included in the box to help you with installation, and fitting to your window. Definately requires a strong person (aka, my son) to install it, but that goes with out saying.
