Resistance Chair Beginner Pack - Includes Everything to Start with Resistance Chair

I am not a gym rat but recently had a "frozen shoulder" after a knee replacement. I was at PT twice a week for almost a year. I can keep my shoulders functioning with this chair, it was easy to set up - and it stores easily under my bed. You can do a full workout on it, but mostly I use it for my upper body. I could have bought it elsewhere, but with AMAZON it got to my house much quicker.

Great chair and really well made and sturdy. It should hold up for many, many years of use. It's like having a gym right there in your house. Love it!

Be cars. Amazon product list very misleading. They show everything in image but it does not come with it. Read their fine print, intentionally misleading.

I'm giving this item package 3 stars so far; however, I haven't had it for very long, am enjoying it so far and am sure my star rating will go up in time. I have already submitted, (and am waiting for an answer on), one hitch in the package, that of 2 of one of the extra DVDs instead of 1 each of the 2 offered bonus DVDs. Thanks.

It is a very good piece of equipment. The photoIn the advertising are misleading you do not get all the equipment pictured. The pull down rack and the peddling system do not come with the purchase....

This equipment has enabled me to return to daily workout and chair is well made; worth every penny!

Super easy to use. Arrives almost fully assembled.Comfortable, legs are adjustable.
