Absolutely dissatisfied with this purchase. Don't waste your money, not even worth the pennies they ask for. The metal was bent, the stickers were scratched and upside down and it was covered in dust with metal shards in the frame work and bag. Bell unusable wheels not secure and made of very cheap plastic. No grip. Even worse the customer service has been quite frankly embarrassing! Two weeks later STILL waiting for a resolution or even a reply. Don't bother!! Our children were looking forward to nothing other than bikes for their birthday. They're very young so this seemed like an ideal alternative. They're not even safe to be ridden!!

Great little bike. It doesn't come with a bell anymore but after I emailed the seller they sent me a cute little bell out no problem.

Manual could be more precise, or just have better quality pictures.
