DIY Oil Painting Paint by Numbers Kit for Adults Kids Beginner - Sailboat Sunset 12"x16" with Wooden Frame and Easel

The media could not be loaded.  I liked that the painting had a wooden frame on it. The colors are very nice and vibrant. Unlike other projects, this one came with it's own easel.I am extremely happy with the quality of the canvas and pattern. Haven't found any errors with numbered areas - finding where each color goes is pretty easy.The paint is somewhat transparent when applied in small amounts so I found it better to apply in big chunks. Takes longer to dry but looks so much prettier when finished.Finally, I gave the painting as a gift to my good friend, because her living room is more suitable for placing this picture.

This was especially great for a new painter.. This was a complete kit to create a very pretty piece of art that could be gifted, or displayed with pride. Quality was great for the price. I'd recommend to others and I'd order again in different theme. I love it.

I can't wait to get started on this project. It is described as for beginners but my initial opinion is that it will be very challenging for beginners due to the numbers as well as the areas are very small.The product that I received did not come with the brush set.Overall, good quality canvas.

This is the very first painting I’ve ever done except for what I do with my nieces and nephews on construction paper. I loved it! I have no natural ability to paint but this was very easy.I purchase the biggest one available (16 x 20 I think). It came with 4 pointed brushes, 2 flat brushes, hanging hooks, an easel, and plenty of paint.I would paint one number at a time letting it dry before I would paint another number. I also put plenty of paint on the canvas both to cover the lines but also to give it texture.I ordered this at the beginning of covid but wasn’t able to get to it until my husband and I caught covid. I had 3 weeks home, and did a little at a time and now it’s done. It could also be a nice thing for families to do together.My only suggestion is for the manufacturer to make bigger sizes. I’d love to paint a great big one to hang over my fireplace!

When I first opened I thought it was very difficult but I accept the challenge and I am taking the time and enjoying painting it. Almost done! Working on it for about a month now!

Enjoyed this very much. My 8.5 year old son bought this as a gift for my 12 year old daughter as a Christmas gift.After she started in one large area of the painting, she found she didn't enjoy it as much because it really requires a lot of time, detail and precision.I then took over and worked on it here and there over the last couple months and completed it today.I am very happy with the quality, quantity of paints and that the finished product looks like the picture.You do need a steady hand, patience and I ended up buying a separate set of nicer paint brushes for more precision but I found this to be very relaxing and I plan on ordering more DIY paint-by-number paintings.For the price, the enjoyment I got, the quality of the frame, I am a happy consumer.

I really enjoyed this kit, even though by the end it became difficult to figure out the last few dozen tiny spaces. I ended up just putting whatever color seemed best. Or, as my husband put it, used my artistic license.What I especially liked (other than the subject matter):Printed on stretched canvas.Wooden easel included.Good brushes (although I only used the smallest sizes). They held up well under repeated cleanings.Enough paint (although I was concerned for color #9, it did make it with a bit to spare).Vibrant color.Detailed guide sheet.I wanted to do something creative at this time and was happy to have this project for the last couple of months or so. It was more difficult than I’d expected but that helped make it last. This is also a scene that can be seen in my city in normal times so it’s fun to pretend the painting is a window along the shore.

Very pleased. Am enjoying doing this painting and find it a great way to relax each day. Numbers are clear as are borders, and paint is plentiful. The canvas stretched on frame and easel included are real plusses IMO. Highly recommend for seniors, which I am, other adults and older children. Will be a bit too difficult for younger kids though.
